I keep seeing these “cooling gel mattresses” everywhere lately and now I'm lowkey interested. Can someone explain how a cooling gel mattress work??? like actually work not just sales talk
I sleep SO HOT it’s insane that I wake up sweaty even if my AC is on. So if this “cooling” gel stuff really helps i definitely would get one. BUT who wanna waste money if it’s just some gimmick that feels cool for 5 mins then turns into a regular mattress right?!
So please tell me is it a special layer or what?? and does it truly stay cool the whole night??
would love to hear from people who ACTUALLY have one. is it worth it for hot sleepers? or should i just add a fan and use thinner blankets instead?
