Question 🙋🏻 Curious to know what is dual action cooling mattress? Is it effective?

I’ve seen a lot of mattresses claiming “dual action cooling” but I’m not sure what it means. How does it work and is it actually helpful for people who get hot at night? Would love to hear first hand experiences, please.

I have a mattress with dual action cooling. The top layer stays cool to the touch and the inner oil keeps air moving. Such a big upgrade over my old memory foam haha

So is this basically the same as “cooling gel” mattresses or is dual action something better?
