I’m a few weeks into a new job and the adjustment is real. I was prescribed Adderall recently for ADHD, and between work hours, overthinking, and thinking about the heat death of the universe, I haven’t been sleeping like at all…. So the main question is how many days can you go without sleep on Adderall??

I’ve been sticking to my prescription, stopped drinking coffee, and stopped using my phone before bed… it helped a little but I need more info about it… Like realistic… Is this “okay”? What actually happens?

I try not to go through days without sleep… it’s dangerous… as we get older you’ll realize the right amount of sleep is good for you in the long run
