Question 🙋🏻 How to choose a mattress for back pain? Need advice

My 30 plus ass is suffering with my 10-year old mattress. Been waking up with body pains. I desperately need to buy a new one but I need to know how to choose a mattress for back pain. Would really appreciate any tips, thanks a lot.
