Hey there, guys.
Iām 28 yrs old, and Iād say Iām pretty active when it comes to exercise. I usually workout 4ā5 times a week, mostly strength training and some cardio. About three weeks ago, I got injured during a workout (pulled something in my lower back), and while Iāve mostly recovered, I still feel this lingering back pain that got me wondering⦠could it be my mattress?
Iāve had the same mattress since I was 22, so itās been about six years now. Itās not visibly sagging, but maybe itās lost its support? Iām not really sure how to tell if itās the root cause of my discomfort. Has anyone here experienced something similar? How do I know if my mattress is causing my back pain?
