What do you guys think of the Amerisleep flex pillow? Iāve been looking for new pillows for my bed. Iāve been having a hard time getting some sleep. Itās been months.. reallyā¦ since I had a good nightās sleep.
Iām 24 and I suffer from insomnia and Iām trying to make my bed more comfortable for me to sleep. I tried sleeping pills and melatonin gummies, but they didnāt work on me. My mattress is also comfortable enough so that is out of the question. My pillows are okay but I find myself flipping it over and over to find a comfortable spot thatās why I concluded it must be my pillows thatās causing my sleep problems.
Do you think the Amerisleep pillow is good? or should I get something else?
