Hey everyone, I could really use some advice here.
I just moved into a small apartment above a pizza place. Between the heat from the ovens below and my old mattress, I wake up feeling like I’ve been cooked. So now I’m thinking about getting a new mattress, and I keep seeing this thing called “cooling technology.”
What is that, exactly? Is it something high-tech like a built-in fan? LOL or just a special kind of material that doesn’t hold heat? I’ve come across stuff like cooling gel, phase change material, and breathable foam…but honestly, I don’t know if any of that actually works.
If you’ve tried a mattress with cooling features, did it help? Or would I be better off just buying a couple of extra fans and hoping for the best?
Thanks in advance. Just want to make sure I don’t waste money.
