Question 🙋🏻 Need help! My mattress went flat! What goes under a mattress?

Hi guys. Really need some help because my mattress started sagging after just a few months. I had it on the floor…no frame or foundation. Did I mess up? Do I need something under it to keep it in shape? Not sure what I did wrong. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, putting it directly on the floor can definitely cause it to wear out faster. No airflow, and no proper support. A platform bed or slatted base would help a lot

Can you recommend me any platform or slatted bases that are sturdy?
