I recently started training for my first marathon, and while my bodyās getting stronger, my sleepās getting worse. Iām a side sleeper, and after long runs, I wake up with serious back pain especially in my lower back.
I donāt think my current mattress is making me comfortable anymore so Iām considering an upgrade. I really need something that helps with recovery and supports pressure points. Budgetās open. Anyone else been through this? Share whatās helped you! Thanksss
