Lately, Iāve been getting leg cramps at night. Usually, they hit my calves or feet. It doesnāt happen every night, but itās often enough to mess with my sleep. I wake up sore the next day.
I havenāt really changed my routine that much. Iāve just been sitting more during the day because of work. I drink water and do a bit of stretching before bed, but the cramps still come. Sometimes they wake me up in the middle of the night. Itās painful and really hard to deal with.
Iāve read that cramps can be caused by things like dehydration, low magnesium, or bad posture. But Iām not sure which one applies to me. Iām not taking any new meds, and I donāt think itās something serious. Still, itās starting to worry me.
Has anyone else dealt with this? What worked for you? Iām open to any tips. Stretches, vitamins, sleep positions, anything. I just want to sleep through the night without waking up in pain.
Thanks for any help.
