Question 🙋🏻 How do i know if my mattress is causing my back pain? Need advice

Hey there, guys.

I’m 28 yrs old, and I’d say I’m pretty active when it comes to exercise. I usually workout 4–5 times a week, mostly strength training and some cardio. About three weeks ago, I got injured during a workout (pulled something in my lower back), and while I’ve mostly recovered, I still feel this lingering back pain that got me wondering… could it be my mattress?

I’ve had the same mattress since I was 22, so it’s been about six years now. It’s not visibly sagging, but maybe it’s lost its support? I’m not really sure how to tell if it’s the root cause of my discomfort. Has anyone here experienced something similar? How do I know if my mattress is causing my back pain?
