Question 🙋🏻 I seriously wanna know… how often should you wash your bed sheets?

I’m a dude and I started living by myself in college. I took a girl in my dorm to get y’know… then she got up and left when she saw the bed… She said I should at least wash my sheets… Don’t judge but I haven’t actually washed or changed it since I’ve moved here. It’s been almost a year now. What I’ve only been doing was spray in some disinfectant.. Is it gross?

I’m cool with any advice here. Also maybe some recommendations for new sheets and where to buy good ones?

1 year of using only 1 sheet is crazy…. YUCK

Dude wash it at least every 2 weeks. Try puffy, they have nice beddings
