Advice šŸ’šŸ» What’s the best mattress for side sleepers with back pain?

I recently started training for my first marathon, and while my body’s getting stronger, my sleep’s getting worse. I’m a side sleeper, and after long runs, I wake up with serious back pain especially in my lower back.

I don’t think my current mattress is making me comfortable anymore so I’m considering an upgrade. I really need something that helps with recovery and supports pressure points. Budget’s open. Anyone else been through this? Share what’s helped you! Thanksss

P.S. I’m 145 lbs if that can be of any help with your reocmmendations
